Returns & Exchanges 

In store purchases – must be returned within 7 days

Online orders – must be returned within 14 days

Simply email us at farhaderfan@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be in touch. You’ll need to arrange the delivery back to our warehouse – please note that we can’t cover the cost of this.

 Returning your order

 Your refund 

Once we’ve received and checked your order, we’ll email to confirm the refund.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reach your account.

If your order was sent with free delivery over £100 we will deduct the shipping cost off £10 from your refund.
